Recently decorated double room in comfortable home

Are you looking to rent a double bedroom in a lovely, quiet, comfortable home?

We are a professional married couple with a small friendly dog looking for a lodger. You must be in full time employment, Gay friendly, clean, respectful and like dogs. We live opposite a park in a quiet location with good parking and friendly neighbours. You can walk to Eastbourne station or the beach in under 15 minutes.

The room has been recently decorated to a high standard and is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of draws, large built in wardrobe, freestanding wardrobe and more storage available in our loft if need be. The room is situated at the back of the house with a view of the garden. As our garden is south facing the bedroom tends to be sunny, warm and quiet.

The rent will be £490 per calendar month inclusive of all utility bills and use of the kitchen, garden, washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi and loft storage. We employ a weekly cleaner so no cleaning is necessary, that said we do expect you to be respectful and tidy up after yourself, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The tenancy will initially be for a 6 month period with a view to extend if both parties are in agreement. We require one months rent paid in advance, as well as one months holding deposit which will be refunded when you leave. The rent is non negotiable and we will require references.
