Lovely flat with friendly flatmate

Hi! I am a 28 year old male professional, looking for a like minded person to share my flat. I live in Meads in Eastbourne - 2 minutes walk away from the beach and 5-10 minutes from the town/station. There is free non-permit roadside parking and I've never had a problem finding a space. The flat is bright, quiet and comfortable and there is unlimited Wi-Fi, Sky TV and a dishwasher. I work in marketing so generally busy in the day but am around most evenings and weekends. Friendly, fun and laidback but do like to keep the place relatively clean and tidy. Looking for a young professional who loves dogs.
