Room to let in quiet house in good area

Furnished double room available in large comfortable 3 bed house comes with free wi fi, all utility bills included, Room has double bed (brand new) is furnished with a desk, built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet along with its own wall mounted television with freeview. My house has a lovely garden with a large heated hotub. I am looking for someone who is fairly tidey and can clean up after themselves and someone who would prefer a quieter environment. The house is situated in a quiet road in West Hampden Park with plenty of free on road parking and the train station to London and Eastbourne etc is only a short walk away I have a small friendly cat too.
