Double bedroom (1), single bedroom (one)

Either one double room for sole occupancy or one single room. We have wifi and bills are included. We welcome students (possibly post-grad).. Use of pretty garden. Non English speakers very welcome. Spacious Victorian terrace in old town, right near bus route and fifteen minute walk to town or station. The house is a spacious five bedroom house on three floors. Share large kitchen/dining room with owners and separate lounge available.
We are quite relaxed and easygoing and enjoy a bit of noise unless it's late. The Old Town area of Eastbourne is very pretty and near to the town and University of Brighton as well as very good local shops.
