Should you require more than just monday-friday lodgings then please still get in touch as we may be happy to offer this also.

Eversley Court is set within a sought after area of Eastbourne with lush green lawns and mature tree boundaries it is situated only 10 minutes walk from Eastbourne Mainline train station which i walk daily, or just 4 minutes by car, close by is Gildredge park the University of Brighton, Eastbourne general hospital, golf course, Eastbourne sea front and town centre. with numerous bars restaurants, shops etc.
we are ideally situated close enough to be in the town within a few minutes but not too close that you are in the bustle of it all.

There is an electric gated entrance to Eversley court with parking spaces, Buzzer entrance system and large lift and plush carpeted stairs to all floors.

Your Bedroom:
A fair sized single room 11`6" X 8'3" with Double glazed window overlooking the communal garden. Central heated and Carpeted. Furnished with a quality mattress single bed a 4 draw unit chair and wardrobe, also Tv point and wifi.
We have only recently moved in so the walls in the bedroom are bare but freshly painted so feel free to personalise the wall space we are happy for you to bring your own furniture should you prefer space permitting of course. This would be your room sharing our home so we want you to be happy and enjoy it.

Kitchen:
Shared use of kitchen including Gas hob with oven, large fridge freezer or your own fridge should you prefer! microwave oven, Washing machine and cupboard space is provided for your food items.

Bathroom:
To be used Mainly by just yourself with thermostatic shower bath, wc, basin as we have an additional bathroom

Living room:
Lounge/dining room with Tv dvd wii wifi and access to balcony overlooking the Beautiful garden and trees.

Garden:
Beautiful communal gardens with surrounding trees.

Parking:
car parking available

Garage:
limited space available should you have something to store.

All utility bills are included including free wifi "fair usage"

Transport:
Eastbourne mainline station is a 10-12 minute walk or 4 minutes cycle and drive.
Bus stops of which there are several equally as close.
We are more than happy to show you the local area bus/train local shops etc.

Please note for single occupancy the rent is £300 per calender month payable in advance with security deposit of £300

This MUST be payed either before you move in via bank transfer or immediately on arrival then on the same date each month there after. 1 months notice needed and given to vacate.

We hope we have covered everything you need to know initially please contact us should you wish to know more.
Oh and we have 2 very friendly, well behaved and well handled snakes one being a Hog island Boa "Isla" and the other a milk snake "Mike" both are mature with a placid temperament they are quite secure and unable to escape from their vivarium's.
