The area is safe and our neighbours are lovely. There is off road parking with easy access to the town centre being only 10 minutes away (unless you walk really fast!) There is a local bus service which runs past the house for even more convenience. All local amenities are close by ( Tesco, Lidl, Swimming Centre and gyms ).
There is an option of the room being part furnished but this depends on what you have to bring with you, if anything.
The house has gas central heating, double glazing and floorboards throughout.
The rent includes all bills.
I am a sociable, yoga loving foodie who enjoys cooking and relaxing at home.
The correct person must be quiet and respectful yet sociable and fun to live with.
