Double room for single occupancy to let in end of terrace house with garden in quiet, residential area of Eastbourne, The room will be available from early December. There are four other housemates, three men, one woman. This is a direct let, not through an agency.

The room is upstairs and overlooks the driveway. It is furnished with a double bed with wooden frame and memory foam mattress, two large built in wardrobes with cupboards above, built in bookcase, a bedside chest of drawers and bedside lamp.

The house is close to convenience shops on the out of town part of Seaside (Tesco Express, Coop and Best One) and within easy walking distance (15 to 20 minutes) to town centre, seafront and Lottbridge Drove shopping centre. It is near main bus routes, eg. No 5 and the Loop. There is a shared kitchen, dining room, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with separate shower and bath, toilet and washbasin. The house is well equipped with a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer.

The rent is £520 per month including all bills (council tax, gas central heating and cooking, electricity, water and Lightning Fibre wifi) and weekly cleaning of communal areas. Tenancy agreement is assured shorthold with rent collected monthly, and six months minimum period. Deposit and references required. No administration fees required.

There are two off-road parking spaces for housemates to share and on-road parking is readily available. There is also storage for bicycles in the garage. It is a non-smoking house but smoking is permitted in the garden.
