It is near main bus routes, eg. No 5 and the Loop. There is a shared kitchen, dining room, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with separate shower and bath, toilet and washbasin. The house is well equipped with a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer.
The rent is £520 per month including all bills (council tax, gas central heating and cooking, electricity, water and Lightning Fibre wifi) and weekly cleaning of communal areas. Tenancy agreement is assured shorthold with rent collected monthly, and six months minimum period. Deposit and references required. No administration fees required.
