Hi, I have a beautiful single room with double bed available in Eastbourne, very close to the Congress theatre/ Brighton university and only 5 minutes walk to St Giles English school. Just a 10min walk to town centre too. It's a fully furnished room in a cosy modern flat. The rent of the room is £340 per month including all the bills + high speed wifi internet. No deposit required, happy to give the room for short period of time. There is no washing machine available in the flat but there is a laundrette available very close by, which also provide collection+delivery service and the price to use laundrette is very reasonable.
