- Minimum and maximum 3 month rental. - I am overseas at the moment, but will be moving back into that room in June.
- Shared access to - Large kitchen diner with microwave, gas double oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, double air fryer + Lounge with electric recliner leather seats (3), big screen, smart, Ultra HD TV with Freeview and Amazon + Garage storage.
- Very Fast Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house.
- All crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, etc are provided.
- North harbour 50 metres away + Bars / restaurants / shops 250 metres away + Beach 250 metres away.
- Shared off street parking on a driveway.
- Bedroom - Double size bed. Chest of drawers. Built in wardrobe. TV point (with free view).
- I have had several housemates over the last 15 years and always make it very clear that you are renting a space in a home, not just a room....
- Sorry - No Pets, Couples or Children. - To be fair to all, a guest is welcome to stay over 2 nights a week.
- No smoking in the house.
- As this property is of a high quality and comparative low price, I am always inundated with requests to view and then move in. Please therefore note that the first 3 suitable, (out of many) applicants, will be allocated a mutually convenient viewing time.
- To be a suitable applicant (before viewing), please confirm that you have read and understood the entire advert (location, length of stay, etc). + Confirm that you are currently employed or if self employed, provide your last 6 months bank statements showing suitable income. + Be available to move in on, or very soon after the availability date. + Will read and agree to the documents that I will email you after confirmation of the above, (draft tenancy agreement, draft deposit receipt and house information letter).
- So that the process is efficient and completed in a timely manner, after viewing and if we both want to proceed - I will require (for insurance and legal purposes), an email with - Photos of 2 valid forms of identification + A simple reference letter from your employer + A clean (free via Experian or Clear Score), credit check showing no satisfied or outstanding CCJs in the last three years - If all ok, please then send the deposit (which I will confirm receipt of, then after moving in, I will put into the government backed scheme and you will get paperwork from) + The first month rent 5 working days before the moving in date. + We will both electronically sign contracts, before the moving in date
