- North harbour 50 metres away + Bars / restaurants / shops 250 metres away + Beach 250 metres away.

- On (quite) street parking.

- Currently there are 2, (long term) friendly professional housemates who like to occasionally socialise together, (but do their partying away from the house). This is a relaxing and quiet house.

- Bedroom - Double size bed with drawers. Chest of drawers. Desk and Chair. Built in wardrobe. TV point (with free view).

- I have had several housemates over the last 15 years and always make it very clear that you are renting a space in a home, not just a room....

- Sorry - No Pets, Couples or Children. - To be fair to all, a guest is welcome to stay over 2 nights a week.

- No smoking in the house.

- As this property is of a high quality and comparative low price, I am always inundated with requests to view and then move in. - Please therefore note that the first 3 suitable, (out of dozens of) applicants, will be allocated a mutually convenient viewing time.

- To be a suitable applicant, you will confirm that you have read and understood the entire advert (location, length of stay, etc). + Be available to move in soon. + Will read and agree to the 3 documents that I will email you after confirmation of the above, (draft lease agreement, house information and draft deposit receipt). + Will be able to provide a work reference. + After viewing and successful application, will immediately send a £300 deposit to secure the room and then send the first month rent on the morning of the moving in date. Once I can confirm receipt of both, then we can progress.
