Description
In a professional household, a large and airy Double Room (for single occupancy), with a very comfortable double size bed and a 3 seater couch, for comfort. It has solid wood floors to enhance the homely and clean feel. A quiet room which is sun’ facing in the morning’ and from where you can see the sea in the distance. The newly refurbished, modern shower room is semi private (as only shared with two others) and is fully tiled and flooded with natural light. The house has central heating and double glazing. The shared facilities include a spacious, fully equipped, modern kitchen / dining room, a separate utility room. The house is fitted with a water softener and the kitchen has filtered water. There is a second large separate dining room, which can be used if needed. In addition to the WC in the bathroom, there are also two further separate toilets. It is a very roomy and comfortable Victorian (but modernised and recently refurbished) house so there are never any problems with access to facilities. It is a peace haven with the kitchen being a friendly social place, depending on choice and mood. We have ‘super fast’ fibre internet WiFi with the option of Ethernet connections in the bedroom. The rent includes all communal general cleaning products and toilet paper etc... , internet and all bills. We are all very private people but easy going - with a great sense of humour. We are used to sharing, and we are told that we are excellent hosts! We enjoy having social chats but also enjoy our own space, so we know how to respect others' space too. We are looking to share with an equally easy going, self sufficient & independent, tidy, quiet and respectful person. We keep the house clean, and always clean up after ourselves - so you will need to do that too. It is a friendly house and our home, not a soul-less HMO nor a party house. Finally the house is 5 minutes away from the station/ town centre, and very near bus stops, whilst in a quiet location in Upperton, with easy access to the main roads out of town. There is unlimited free parking in the street and adjacent streets, if needed. We have a very friendly, people loving , 7 years old large breed dog, so only contact us if you like dogs!
