Beautiful, huge, south facing room in flat, Meads

This beautiful room is aprox 20' by 17'(6m x 5.2m) with high ceiling and oak floor, looking out over the garden. The seafront is at the end of the road. Walking distance to the Downs, local parks and the town centre.
Shared bathroom and kitchen with myself. Check out my interests to see if you think we would get along. I am a Support Worker who has been living in Eastbourne for around 15 years.
The flat is on the first floor of a converted Victorinan house. All flats are owner occupied and it is a quiet, peaceful house and area.

I can be flexible with what furniture you would like in the room as have various pieces which could go in there. .

I am looking to share with a professional. A couple of days a week i look after an old lady pug, so must be ok with dogs. Six month let to start.
