Flat Share Eastbourne- Not Just A Room

Hello everyone,

My current flat mate has just moved out and I'm looking for someone to fill her shoes as soon as possible.

Its really important that I get the right person in and that we will get on well.

I am looking for someone sociable who will want to hang out in the evening and have a meal, watch a film, have a glass of wine or two and generally who is down to earth and can have a laugh! Equally someone who is willing to respect space when needed.

I am a 27 year old working professional- I am into the gym, love a good boxset binge, enjoy cooking and chilling out and generally up for most stuff!

The flat is a lovely, modern top floor flat just off Eastbourne seafront, with an unfurnished double bedroom on offer (I use the ensuite in my room so you would have your own bathroom fitted with bath and shower), shared living room and kitchen and a balcony with beautiful sea views. The flat offers on road parking and is only a short walk into town.

The rent is £430 PCM and bills are very reasonable (electric and water only).
