We have two double bedrooms that we let: Bedroom 1 at the back of the house is the smaller and costs £400pcm; Bedroom 2 at the front of the house is the larger and features a bay window and character fireplace (shown), costs £450pcm. See pictures.
The bedrooms are on the first floor and furnished with double-bed, wardrobe, bookshelves and TV (see pictures). Bedroom 2 also has a desk. The bed is a “storage bed” like the one shown. Overall there’s plenty of space for storage.
Shared areas of the house include the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen is the heart of the house – the communal area for cooking, eating and relaxing. As well as a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer, fridge, freezer and coffee machine, there are arm-chairs and a large TV. We maintain a friendly and sociable atmosphere in the kitchen where everyone is free to come and go as they please.
The bathroom has a shower and washbasin. There are two WC’s, one upstairs and one downstairs. The house also has a garden, which you are free to use.
