Spacious Bright Double Room in Large House

I have a large furnished double bedroom - single occupancy - to rent in my home in Hampden Park just outside Eastbourne.

We are close to the village that has a selection of shops and a post office, the railway station - ideal for a commuter with direct trains to Eastbourne / Hastings / Brighton and London - the park, David Lloyd gym, GP surgery, larger shops and Eastbourne District General Hospital.

The room is light and airy with a large picture window overlooking the lengthy back garden and is right next to the bathroom.

This person must be a cat lover as I have a cat. I am looking forward to sharing my home with someone who is calm, quiet and relaxed and someone that has lived in a similar set up before.

Fibre broadband is included in the rent, along with gas, electric and water costs and you would be able to use the drive if you have a car.
