Double bedroom in quiet neighbourhood

Hi there, I have one of my two spare bedrooms available from the beginning of April. Double bedroom with hand basin in a 3 bedroom house. Use of kitchen and living room and enjoying a newly redone shower room. Bills are inclusive but may rise and fall with energy bills, although I do my best to keep these the same. Washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and cupboard space.
Room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers, overlooking the garden with a stream at the back.
