Double Bed with En-suite Rooms

If you are looking for a beautiful country home on the top of Fairlight cliffs, with a few minutes walk to the sea then this would be a lovely pad for you.
I’m looking for two lodgers to share a family home with my children. I am self employed and work during the day and evenings in the house so I’m looking lodgers who are quiet, considerate and very tidy, but who also don’t mind my kids who can be noisy and lively in the evenings after school.
The rooms are quite self contained with their own access to sky/Netflix/wifi, sofa, double bed and bathrooms. The kitchen would be shared.
There is storage space in the garage and outside shed if needed.
The house is currently on the market for sale so I am looking for lodgers
who are flexible to move as when an offer is made and agreed. The lodgers will also need to keep their rooms tidy and available for any prospective buyer viewings.
I have a regular cleaner who would also come and clean the rooms and bathrooms.
All bills are included.
