Student needed for 25/26 tenancy takeover

I have just completed my second year at the University of Sussex and need someone to take over my tenancy for the upcoming year (51 weeks) while I am on placement year. The room is a classic ensuite within the Alumno Falmer building(right next to Falmer station). with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, shared kitchen, and communal spaces, on-site laundry, and walking distance from both Sussex and Brighton campuses. Students from either Uni of Sussex or Uni of Brighton will be accepted.
