Both rooms are located on the top floor and are furnished with brand-new furniture and furnishings. The two lodgers share a bathroom on the same floor, giving them a good degree of privacy and separation from the main family living areas.

The house is occupied by myself, my wife and our two young children. We are a friendly family and are looking for considerate lodgers who appreciate a quiet and relaxed home environment.

Rent includes all bills, council tax and broadband. Lodgers will have access to the kitchen, utility room and garden.

We are looking for tidy and reliable working professionals who are comfortable living in a family home.
