Large bright double room in Forest Row. Yurt deck.

The room is a large double, furnished with lovely views. There are two bathrooms with showers, a large open living room dining room, an open fire and a lovely garden.

I am looking for a lodger to share my family home with myself, my 5 year old son and our friendly cat.
I'm open to finding a good fit, I'm imagining someone who is independent, friendly, comfortable with children.

There is also an attic room available.

And a yurt deck at the end of the garden. It has electricity and easy access to bathroom and kitchen. It would be possible for you to bring your yurt and pay reduced rent to live there.
