Beautiful double room in centre of Forest Row

I'm looking for somebody to move into my beautiful spare room within my two bedroom apartment. I will not be there for much of the time over the next 6 months, so this would effectively be an independent space for the most part! I have put a maximum stay of 6 months for now only because it is not 100% decided as to whether I will be looking to rent this room beyond July, although it is likely. I am a professional young woman and I am looking for somebody respectful, clean and quiet to enjoy my space. My apartment is located right in the centre of Forest Row. I will be available on Tuesday 9th, Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th December for interviews.
