Double room in Forest Row

Room to rent in Forest Row, which is three miles from East Grinstead. My wife and I travel occasionally so our detached four bedroom house is vacant at times..
The house is a couple of minutes walk to the village centre at the end of a quite cul-de-sac.
Very close to Ashdown forest with it's many walks and cycle paths. Village has 3 pubs and 5 restaurants, including. Indian, Chinese and also a 7am – 11pm mini Tesco.
There is regular bus services, the train station is in East Grinstead, and London or Brighton are thirty miles away.
The room comes with all bills and services including Wi-Fi (170mb/s) and access to a printer/scanner. Double bed and two inbuilt double wardrobes and is next to your own bathroom/shower/toilet, with another downstairs. Access to all aspects of the house including. kitchen, living and dinning rooms, conservatory and garden. Washing/drying machines are in the attached double garage, as is a separate fridge for your use. Large secluded garden with 3 patios and garden furniture.. Parking is on drive/road.
