Lovely, bright, airy but cosy bedsit. Furnished: Good quality double futon (bed & sofa), tabletop cooker with oven, grlll & 2 hobs, pantry cupboard with good sized fridge freezer, kitchen sink, sideboard for kitchen storage and food prep. Shower room and use of washing machine in main house . Very pretty, secluded garden with firepit (used all year round!) and hot tub (for use when energy bolls are reasonable again!) Property is very close to the centre of the village. Quiet road but 2 minute walk to all the cafes , shops, restaurants etc. 10 minute walk to the wonderful organic Tablehurst Farm, 10 minute walk into the forest. Gorgeous resident dog who is hard not to love.
