Double Room in shared house in Forest Row

Hello, I'm looking to rent my large double room out to a professional couple of single professional. It's a charming cottage right in the middle of Forest Row. Large garden, sitting room, open plan kitchen, Shared bathroom with bath and Shower. Wood burner, Spaniel dog. There are three bedrooms in total but all living areas are shared. There is Sky TV and a TV in the room with Amazon Stick. There is also a desk space in the room. Some bills will be included but open to discussion.
