Wifi turned off overnight for sensitive individuals but wired is always in room. Use of desk and computer in smaller spare bedroom as needed - available most of the time.
Bed pulls out into extra bed. Sofa can be changed to a desk and chair.

2 toilets, parking in road, 5 mins walk to centre of forest row.
