Double room to rent

We have one double room to rent. We do accept couple however the rent would go up slightly. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge freezer for you and a double cupboard in the kitchen for your use. There is a shared bathroom and toilet. There is a built in sliding wardrobe in the room with two chest of draws and a bedside table.
We are lookong for people who don't mind living in a house that needs a bit of updating m (of which we are getting though slowly).
It is a non smoking house however you can smoke outside.
