Double Bedroom in Modern Home

I am looking for a lodger aged 25-48 that is preferably female due to some bad experiences. They need to be working preferably away from home on a day shift pattern and be reliable, clean, tidy, chilled, friendly and conscientious.

The Location is Hailsham which is a 1-hour drive from Brighton. Council Tax Band C.

Room includes Double storage bed with side table, chest of drawers, cupboard unit, desk and chair, laundry bin and TV with Freeview/Netflix/Blu ray and Ultrafast Broadband.

Shared access to all facilities, 2 bathrooms. Medium to Long term. No couples.

The house is in a quiet area and has a chilled, homely atmosphere.

I am a smoker and so is my current lodger, though she smokes outside. I was a nurse but currently disabled with a limited energy condition which can leave me housebound. My current lodger is a 29-year-old female who works with disabled children and is out half of the week and works 9-5 Mon=Fri.

When applying for the room can you please leave a bit of information to introduce yourself such as age, hobbies, job role, working hours, reason for moving and whether you have been a lodger before.
