Private double room with en-suite

Hi we are Clare and James, a couple aged 60 (but I'm pretty sure that's now the new 40?) and loving cat called Lulu. Due to Lulu being an incredibly nervous cat, I'm afraid we can't allow other pets.

We live in a larger Victorian house and have a granny annex attached with private access, parking, a large garden with a hot tub which you'd be more than welcome to use. This area of the house is nice and private but obviously we are around if you fancy company.

The room is fully furnished but ready for you to put your own stamp on it if you wish. There are large cupboards with plenty of storage.

There's a tv with Netflix etc for your use and a desk should you need a workspace.

We have a garden room which you'd be free to use as a sitting room next to your room.

The kitchen and laundry room are also near to your room so easy to access.

So we are hoping you'll be a cat lover and either a doctor/nurse/gardener/chef/handyman/cleaner or electrician (we can dream can't we?!! 😁). Ok, so yes someone that loves cats, isn't messy or noisey and has regular work so can pay their rent with suitable references and proof of income.

We are in Hailsham with easy access to the Cuckoo trail for those cyclists out there and a bus service. There's a Tesco Express, KFC, Burger King, McDonalds and a superb Indian restaurant within a 5 minute walk.
