A large double bedroom is available in a lovely house in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room is newly decorated / carpeted and furnished. It has a large walk-in wardrobe with a light with sliding mirrored doors, double bed with underbed storage, 2 bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers and a desk with an extra pull-out section with 2 drawers.

You will have shared use of the kitchen, living room and garden. A large shower / bathroom will be mostly for your own use as I will barely be at home – I travel a lot for work
There is a safe off-road parking space available.

Bills are included.

I am a quiet, clean, respectful and very considerate person, so for us to get on you need to be similar in these respects. A professional female is preferred - non-smoking / non-vaping.

25 mins walk to Hailsham town centre (or a 5 min drive/bus)
