Room available detached house on quiet culdesac

Room available for rent in a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac location. We are a friendly, easy going married couple who are looking for someone to rent our spare room. There is a lovely private garden to the back of the house and parking is available at the front. The room is available 7 days a week however we would also consider a special rate for Monday to Friday.
We would prefer a working professional person.
