Double Furnished Room (inc bills & wifi)

Looking for a down to earth person to share my flat rather than just rent a room from me. Want you to feel like its your home too so I don't mind you having friends over just not all the time!
Room has a double bed, wardrobe and 2 bedside tables so you wouldn't need much more. Plenty of parking available.
The price includes all bills and wifi. Bus stop just over the road and train station is a 20-ish minute walk away.
I'm 29 and work full time Mon-Fri so like to chill and let my hair down at the weekends (don't worry I don't having crazy parties every weekend!) Don't mind a smoker as I smoke, just not inside.
I would like to get to know you a little better over coffee or a drink as we both need to be comfortable that we can live together!
