Large 3 bed semi, with garden, no en suite so shared bathroom with me, can park outside house. 5 mins walk to Hampden Park Station - 5 mins train to Eastbourne. One hour and half to London. Would prefer to have someone away at week-ends when my partner visits but can work around this. I am easy to get on with, work in London two days a week. Would appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves! Nice big house with plenty of space. Most facilities, downstairs cloakroom. I would like a very quiet person like myself who respects privacy. I do have to get up quite early when I am working but would try not to disturb you and would expect likewise.
