The Woodshed

A single storey one bedroom annexe, in the friendly rural location of Hamsey. The Woodshed is part of a larger barn conversion, it is well insulated and comfortable. It is a quiet and peaceful with direct access to the River Ouse. It has separate entrance and parking.
If you like the countryside and history, this is an ideal location. There are footpaths to Lewes, Barcombe, Offham and the South Downs. The walk from the door to Lewes alongside the River Ouse is half an hour.
There is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen/diner/lounge with wood burner. It would suit a couple or single. There are lovely views from the living space. There is a small workshop and use of a barn to store logs.
There is public transport from Offham and Cooksbridge, both are within easy walking distance.
Bills included except electricity which is metered.
