Single Room to Rent 17th February 2022

I understand we all are different, however
If you like slamming doors, cooking in the middle of the night, leaving lights on all day, sleeping all day and up all night (unless you working night shifts), urinenating all over the toilet seat and floor, PLEASE do not contact me for a viewing.
I do ask that NO OUT DOOR SHOES to be worn inside the home.
Rent is due on time please, I have heard all the excuses. Rent and deposit must be paid before any keys are handed over, or any personal belongings moved into the room. So there is no misunderstanding, rent is £450PCM. This is not a hostel, air BnB or B&B.

This room would suit a quite, clean, mature person. Full use of kitchen, own fridge, microwave, dishes provided.
Smart TV with Netflix account, lock on door. Super fast unlimited internet, Room will be cleaned weekly if you do not want that, that’s fine. Clothes will be washed weekly for you just need to provide the washing detergent.
Kitchen and bathroom will be cleaned everyday.
Free car parking.
Sorry can not take universal credits due to personal circumstances. Love animals but daughter has a skin allergy, sorry no pets.
