Double Room, shared house in Hangleton

The room is occupied until the end of April but can be made available at 48 hours notice if required.

The house has gone on the market so the room may only available for around six months.

This room is available on a lodgers agreement with one month’s notice by either side.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac on the route of the number 5 bus (35 minutes to Churchill Square), with plenty of parking in the road.

The room has a king size bed and a double wardrobe. Although it is a 'double room' in size, I am not able to consider a couple for this room.

There is a lounge with Netflix on the tv and a dining room.

The kitchen has a washing machine.

The garden has space to hang washing and a patio area.
