I have someone short term here at the moment so dates are flexible ( April is a rough estimate) so please enquire

Decent sized room- 3.95 x 2.51

All areas of the flat is shared

Free on street parking

No 5 bus stop next to the front door

People find me relaxed to be around, and I want people to feel at home. I work as
a Sociology teacher- so out term time and away many holidays.

Essential, is that you LIKE dogs. They are very loving and good fun.

Term time I’m up at 6.30 ( sleep at 10.30) so sociable hours around flat are desired then but flexible other times. You’re welcome to use the home as your own.

The room has a massive wardrobe, that and anything else can be taken out (except the bed)

I usually chat on the phone at first so you can check all the things you need to.

Queer friendly and strong left leanings :)

Home workers preferred but not essential as company for the dogs ( they have a dog walker)
