Large room in comfortable house

Looking for someone trustworthy and friendly to share my house with me.
I'm DBS checked so I have no dubious history, which I also hope for yourself.
I'm a musician and puppeteer for my living. I live a quiet life, and my house is a tranquil place, which is how I want to keep it (it is definitely not a party zone).
I have a lovely dog and would welcome anyone dog friendly.
However, even though my advert says 'pets allowed' that wouldn't include other dogs. Perhaps cats as Edith is cat friendly.
The room is large, facing the garden with plenty of storage in it. Nice and quiet for a good nights sleep.
The lounge is lovely with a wood burner to keep the heating bills down in the winter.
My garden is also lovely with a patio, table and chairs to relax on.
Looking for someone who is easy to live with, and no dramas.
I have a daughter who sometime comes to stay overnight..
All I'm asking, regarding bills, is that you pay half of the electric, water and gas, as these are things that we both can keep down (and I do). I pay the council tax and the household broadband.
I would suggest this is not a place for those of a Woke disposition. Open, friendly and free speech reign in my domain.
The room is just for one person, not to be shared (as several have requested).
