Along with shared kitchen and living room, you will have your own large shower and WC opposite your bedroom door in addition to a laundry room and driveway. Not too close to Brighton town - a 30 min bus journey with the bus stop outside our house. 15 mins from the sea and 15 mins from the countryside and in a peaceful area, with local shops 6 mins away.
Perfect for choice as of when it comes to either living it up in Brighton or settling down.

As of the housemate requirements - I’m not too bothered about whether you’re highly social or introverted but I’m always there to have a cup of tea if you need a chat.
