Furnished Double room in a quiet house

We are looking for a female house mate to move into the double bedroom advertised in the photos. All current house mates are professionals, we are easy going and very clean. We are looking for someone lovely and clean to join us.

The house is located right by a bus stop from which you can take a direct 30min bus to town.

Portslade station is 15 mins walk, a direct one hour train to London.

All amenities are walking distance (less than 10 mins) such as Sainsbury's big store, Tesco, Boots, Coop and Waitrose Superstore.

There's also a lot of parks and greenery near by, including devils dyke.

Currently, there’s 2 bathrooms, one is on the same floor as the advertised bedroom, and another downstairs. Downstairs there is the open plan living space, which includes a spacious and large kitchen, dining area, and a lounge with a large TV. This space also leads onto a large back garden.
Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with essential appliances and tools for cooking including stove, oven and a dishwasher.

There is a drive way at the front, and plenty of free parking on the roads near by.

. We find it VERY important that the shared areas are kept very clean and tidy so we would like someone who maintains the house in good condition!
