I have everything for use an induction hob so all kitchen items are there for use .
No storage in home, free parking where found ,bus route 47/16&5B direct from road ,own garden area, 15 mins walk to portslade train station, Iceland, Tesco metro, & Greggs,, initial video call real time to meet myself and see the room area and home.
Treat home as you would you're own without feeling you are getting in the way inviting friends/ family bbq days. living area ,garden , ,cook ,come and go as you please play music ,all great for sharing , i like to come home to my flat bud enjoying themselves if in a relationship all good too pet friendly if cats all i ask is that they are indoor trained not scratching furniture ,doors .SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY WHATEVER THE SEASON
