Spacious Studio in Family Home in Hangleton/Hove

Seeking a friendly and responsible student, preferably female, to join our family of four (two adults, two children) as a lodger in our warm and welcoming home in Hangleton area, Hove.

We're offering a comfortable, furnished studio/independent living space in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, perfect for a student. The space is fully furnished with its own toilet and shower room, sofa/sofa bed, wardrobes. fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dining table, and its own door to the outside. Laundry space is shared. Access to a large garden and decking area. 

Bus stop is right outside the house, and there is also on-street parking. Close to shops, coffee shops, and Hove Park. 

We are looking for a student who is tidy, respectful, and considerate. Someone who is sociable and happy to live alongside a family with children. A non-smoker, please.

Bills are inclusive, including fast broadband.
