We’re Jessie and Amber!

Our home is cosy, furnished with all our own furniture - you’ll just need a bed (but we’re pros at Facebook marketplace so don’t worry :) ) and there’s always food and baked goods to be enjoyed <3 (Jess bakes it and Amber eats it- it’s a great deal!)

We are in Hangleton with a nearby Tesco, Co-op, coffee shops and a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. It’s a lovely, quiet area with a large garden, a shed, beautiful kitchen (we facebooked a green microwave!) and shared living room.

We’re looking for anyone, 25 or under to take these 2 rooms as me and Jess are staying another year. The 1st room is slightly smaller but that is reflected in the rent reduction. We would recommend putting a queen/double by the window and utilising the storage spaces provided- there’s a cupboard to the side for clothes and a little cupboard we share on the landing :)

Obviously the house is furnished but your things are welcome too! We love to have everyone’s personalities on show so will make room for yours too.

The second bedroom is the biggest so that’s higher in price, we pay council tax, bills and Wi-Fi together separately to rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Amber is deathly allergic to peanuts so (very, very sadly) this is a no peanut household. We love her more than peanut butter- apparently :-)
