Double room available in lovely renovated house

Looking for a roommate for our lovely house from end of Jan. I have a 4 bed semi but have recently partially relocated to the Netherlands. I travel back once a month for a week for work, most of the rest of the time it's just my housemate there (lives in an annexe sharing only the communal space). Whoever takes on the room will have their own bathroom for 75% of the time, only sharing with me when I return. There is free on street parking available and space in the alley for bicycles/motorcycle. The garden, living room and kitchen are communal but plenty of allocated cupboard/fridge space for everyone. Easy access to town as next to the number 5 bus stop, and very easy to get out of town by car towards the ring road (less than 5 mins).

All bills included, internet access and netflix provided with your own profile. Shared responsibility for cleaning communal spaces.
