The bed is a double with high quality form mattress and new bedding.
The kitchen is a good size and lodgers are welcome to use pans, plates etc. large table for eating. There is a downstairs toilet and a shared bathroom upstairs next to the room.
Perfect for quiet mature students, and professionals .
We are a minute to the beautiful South Downs for walks, close shops and direct bus to Hove and Brighton.
Only suitable for people who want peace and quiet and are respectful about noise.
We have 2 cats and 1 large dog. The dog lives in the lounge so and does not have free range of the house.
The room is also available for one night stays at £35 per night.
