We have a 3 dogs, so someone who likes being around them or tolerates them is a must.

Shared facilities: Bathroom and Kitchen.
All bills are included in the rent. Wifi included.

Located not far from the Grenadier pub, shops and bus stops. Bus routes are great and we have a bus stop up or down our road which run the 5 or 5A regularly.

A deposit is required and a reference may be asked for.

There will be a contract to sign.
