Double room available in a friendly, quiet 3-bedroom house, shared with me (Holly) and one other lodger. I work in the health and fitness industry, and I'm easy-going, tidy, and enjoy a calm home — looking for someone similar who appreciates peace and quiet.
The room: double bed, good storage, and a desk — great if you work from home or need a quiet space to unwind.
Shared spaces: Full use of the kitchen, laundry, and living room, plus extra storage space in the loft for cases or boxes.
Location: Free on-street parking. 10-minute walk to Portslade station and Aldi, 5-minute walk to local shops.
About me: I work from home with varying hours, so I'm in and out at different times. I love sport and fitness, keep things clean and calm, and have two gentle, affectionate cats (no scratching or biting — they're very soft-natured).
