House share!

Hi,

I have a recently modernized 2 / 3 bedroom house, on the outskirts of Hove and close to lots of parks and a short walk from the lovely Hove park.

The house has a large open plan kitchen and living / dining with all modern kitchen appliances. Big garden and a large outside decking area to enjoy when the sun shines.

Modern bathroom with walk in wireless rain head shower ( one button on and off ) , Freestanding Bath, heated tiled floors, large sinks and plenty of shelf / mirror / drawer space

The room is a double with kingsize bed and high quality mattress, soft carpets, storage and mirror etc but happy to change anything for the new housemate including hanging a flatscreen TV if required and ensuring suitable storage.

All bills included to include super fast wireless internet, SkyTV with sports, movies etc.

I have a dog and cat so must be pet friendly!

Looking for a friendly, sociable, trusworthy, tidy-ish female, would prefer someone who wants to share the house and meals rather than hide away, but I know everyone needs their space :)

I'm a professional male and my job is varied so some days I work at home, others i'm out for long days. I'm friendly, sociable and respect people's space.

If you don't drive the bus stops are 2 mins walk away and the 5a, 5b gets you into Central Hove in 5 mins or Brighton in about 15 - 20 Mins, parking is no problem here either if you drive and I have storage for scooters or bikes etc. The seafront is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute cycle away !
