I am currently looking for either a weekday lodger (£550pcm) or a full-time lodger (650pcm)
There's plenty of parking near the house (either on the drive or in front of the house) and front and back gardens. There's use of all appliances and all bills are included. The bathroom and kitchen are shared.
Room would suit a mature, quiet professional, who is not allergic to cats. Have two friendly cats, who mainly stay indoors. The house is close to A27 and has busroutes into town nearby, as well as some shops.
About me, I am a special needs coordinator in a large secondary school, am quite laid back, and enjoy a chat, glass of wine in front of telly, shared meal or the odd drink in the pub. If this is what you are looking for, get in touch.
