Located within easy reach of motorway, town centre via no. 5 buses, with a bus stop only 30 seconds away.
We are a 33/35 yrs old professionals, working hard, love sports and healthy life style. like to keep our surroundings clean, fairly tidy.

looking for someone to share our space with, therefore important to have similar values, and standrds around the house.

Both of us likes to chat and interact with others, but equally on a busy day, just chill quietly. Sharing and caring is in our nature, so you can expect us to offer you meals and drinks. you are welcome to offer these back. :)

Most days we are busy with work then gym or studying. Otherwise, it's the outdoors, friends and trips away and occasionally just chilling in front of the TV.
Just become veggie but have no issues with meat cooked around us. The house has a good size garden, feel free to get stuck in, just about to redesign it. Devil's Dyke cycle/foot path is 5 min away and seafront is about 10 min drive, but only 7, 5 on a bike, if you are brave!
