we have a large furnished double bedroom for rent, in a quiet residential close. the room overlooks rear south facing garden. there is 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, conservatory with a tv and dining area, plenty of parking and large rear enclosed garden with patio. local amenities include a regular bus service into town, a supermarket less than 1 mileaway, train station nearby, good links onto the main a23. also a choice of 2 small parades of shops. we are a friendly sociable family of 3 + a cat, with a great sense of humour. we enjoy watching and playing sports, having bbqs, watching tv and cooking.
