House annex available to rent

We are a family of 4, including two young children aged 6 & 8 with a house annex available for short, medium or long term rent. The monthly price includes all bills excluding Sky TV. The annex is attached to the main house, which is a chalet bungalow, so you’ll need to be happy hearing children at play etc.

The annex itself comprises a double bedroom, open plan living area inc. kitchen and bathroom. The annex was fitted out and decorated to a high standard in 2016. There is a private entrance to the annex and ample off-road parking.

Hankham is on the outskirts of Eastbourne, within a mile of Pevensey, Westham, Stone Cross and Hailsham. There is easy access to Polegate, the A22, A259 and A27.

Potential lodgers will need to be clean, tidy and respectful of the property and our family/needs. We won’t allow pets or smokers in the property.
